
Complaints procedure Of course we will do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives safely and in perfect condition, however , occasionally things can go wrong. If your order arrives damaged, does'nt work or you are unhappy please email us within 7 days and upon return of the item we will undertake to replace or repair your item within 7 days. Shipping - whilst we will refund your item and cover the cost of shipping a replacement, we cannot and will not be held responsible for the cost of shipping your item to you in the first place nor the your costs in returning it to us. Overseas Customers - please note we are a UK based company and as such we cannot be held responsible for the cost of returning or shipping back your item to your country of origin.
